            • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs with tailored<\/span><\/li>\n

            • Prepare detailed sales proposals and commercial offers.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure.<\/span><\/li>\n

              1. Sales Process & Performance Management<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, following Genese\u2019s structured sales<\/span><\/li>\n

                • Continuously optimize the sales process using best practices and market trends.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.<\/span><\/li>\n

                          • preferably in IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity products, services and solutions with proven<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • prospecting and sales cycle management skills<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Must be Self-driven, motivated and results oriented and have establish contact in medium and<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • large enterprise, FSI, NBFSI and startup market in Bangladesh.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Language & Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette<\/span><\/li>\n
