Position Summary:

This position is responsible to strengthen Genese Solutions Ltd. position as an IT-ITES provider in Enterprise/Business/Corporate segment in Bangladesh. This position is responsible for acquisition, retention and key account management of Genese enterprise customers. It involves acquiring new customers with cloud proposition, manage relationship with them, secure incremental business opportunities by upselling and cross selling cloud propositions.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers for the company in Enterprise, Small and Medium Business and Startups segments
  • Maintain sales cycle of the company and improve it considering best practices in market
  • Prospecting and identifies opportunities on how to maximize business growth for the company
  • Visit customers, build rapport with them to understand their needs, pain points, present value proposition/USP of Genese solutions
  • Identify and properly qualify Cloud opportunities 
  • Conversions of sales prospects from qualified leads to value presentation
  • Prepare and manage sales pipeline and be instrumental in sales forecast call
  • Maintains and follows up all sales-related activities to complete the sales cycle and deliver accordingly
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales target for the company and drives the revenue realization to ensure growth for the company
  • Builds trusted advisor relationships with key Business (i.e. CXO and VP) and Technical (i.e. CIO, CTO, and Architect) Decision Makers
  • Retention and Key Account management of existing customers through Genese expertise and paved way for incremental business opportunities by upselling and cross selling
  • Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in all aspects to ensure best in class experience for the company
  • Coordinate with Genese global team to deliver and excel IT-ITES services delivery to customer
  • Conceptualize campaign, promotion, sales activities and execute those to boost sales
  • Ideate and suggest emerging business opportunity through cloud services and its benefits

Desired Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Graduation/Post-graduation from any reputed public/private universities preferably in business or science/engineering
  • Sales/Business Developments: Must have 4-5 years of experience in enterprise market in Bangladesh with IT-ITES products and solutions with proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
  • Must be Self-driven, motivated and results oriented and have establish contact in medium and large enterprise, FSI, NBFSI and startup market in Bangladesh.
  • Language & Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
  • Negotiation & Persuasions Skills: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision maker and customers   
  • Computer Literacy & Knowledge: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, offices applications) and knowledge on cloud computing
