Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role within the executive office, reporting directly to the CEO and Board. This role is responsible for driving strategic planning, business analysis, and performance measurement initiatives to support the CEO in making informed decisions and achieving the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.

Reports to:  Global CEO and Board

Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role within the executive office, reporting directly to the CEO and Board. This role is responsible for driving strategic planning, business analysis, and performance measurement initiatives to support the CEO in making informed decisions and achieving the company’s short-term and long-term objectives. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between various departments and the CEO, ensuring alignment of business strategies, operational plans, and financial goals and compliances.

Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Business Support
          • Collaborate with the CEO to define and refine the company’s strategic vision and goals.
          • Strategically manage the CEO’s time and calendar by exercising discretion and decision-making while sorting and filtering requests for the Executive’s time while ensuring strategic priorities are met promptly. Keep the CEO on schedule by providing prompts. Working Jointly with EA for executive support.
          • Work with the CEO on meeting planning, preparation, and coordination, including logistics, materials, etc. Work with the CEO to identify and schedule strategic presentations.
          • Attend key meetings with the CEO to ensure follow-up and execution on identified next steps.
          • Establish an agenda for meetings; work with key participants to ensure quality inputs and successful outcomes; take overall responsibility for CEO town hall / Performance review meetings and other key meetings; take notes as appropriate and maintain records; follow up progress as appropriate.
          • Perform special projects as directed by the CEO, including the review, research or analysis of information
          • Track projects to ensure delivery in accordance with deadlines and ensure within operational budgets

    2. Financial Support and Business Strategy
        • Provide consolidated financial, operations reporting & analysis for senior management to make informed decisions, better investment decisions and drive value enhancements
        • Develop, implement and execute business strategies and associated financial plans.
        • Collaborate with department heads to gather input and data necessary for strategic planning and decision-making.
    Skills and Qualifications
      • Task-Related Skills and Certifications 
        1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
        2. Proven experience in strategic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and process improvement
        3. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
        4. Experience of cross-functional businesses and projects
        5. Experience in managing people including Senior Management expectations, standards, and quality
        6. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Competencies and Soft Skills 
        1. An organized individual who can work proactively to identify and solve problems
        2. Able to work effectively cross-team to make things happen, dealing with all departments
