You will be responsible for working closely with the HR Head and HR teams to implement effective recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization.

Reports to: HR Manager

Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday

Position Overview

As Sr. Officer |Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for working closely with the HR Head and HR teams to implement effective recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization. Overall you will lead the performance appraisal process and provide support to the staff, the managers, and the direction of the overall process.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Design and manage  recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc) specifically for technical requirements.
  2. Partner with HR Head to develop customized recruitment strategies for each position, including sourcing channels, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates and stay connected with passive job seekers.
  4. Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  5. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  6. Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  7. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  8. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
  9. Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs. Collaborate with departmental managers  to understand specific skill gaps and development opportunities.
  10. Oversee the administration and maintenance of the organization’s LMS. Manage course enrollment, track participant progress, and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
  11. Conduct regular analysis of the organization’s staffing needs, and feedback received from employee off-boarding
  12. Conduct presentations and training to improve skills, create competencies, and build knowledge of the staff.
Skills and Qualifications
    • Task-Related Skills and Certifications 
    1. Master’s Degree in business or relevant field
    2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or related field, with demonstrated expertise in headhunting, Technical requirement and training delivery
    3. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
    4. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Competencies and Soft Skills 
    1. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
    2. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    3. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
    4. Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
