Designation: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (Python/NodeJS + React) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of backend development using Python or Node frameworks and front-end development with React. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and integrate seamlessly with cloud-based services.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and NodeJS (Express/Hono) on the backend and React on the frontend. 
• API Development: Build and optimize RESTful APIs for data exchange between the frontend, backend, and third-party systems. 
• Database Management: Design and manage data models and schemas using both SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB and PostgresSQL). 
• Performance Optimization: Ensure application speed, reliability, and scalability under heavy traffic and real-time data demands. 
• Security Implementation: Apply best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection using frameworks such as OAuth2 and JWT. 
• Testing & Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless and user-focused features. 
• Innovation: Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality. 
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. 
• Backend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask or NodeJS frameworks like Express or Hono 
• Frontend Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 
• API & Microservices: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures. 
• Databases: Proficiency in both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases. 
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.) or equivalent cloud environments. 
• Testing & CI/CD: Understanding of unit testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum workflows. 
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows. 
• Soft Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities in a cross-functional environment. 

● Good to have: Experience with implementing LLM API calls, Agents development and deployment.
