Reports to: VP|Product

Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday

Position Overview

We want to make technology feel less mysterious (or black magic) and more useful. Your job is to tell clear, compelling stories that help people understand digital products and use them to solve real problems.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Interview people who don’t speak your language. For example, engineers, designers, sales teams, and customers. And yet you’ll pull out the insights you need by asking the right questions.
2. Own the content journey. From idea to research to writing to publishing, you’ll drive the entire process.
3. Repurpose ideas across formats. Blog posts, infographics, whitepapers, websites, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, social media, you’ll shape stories that work wherever they land.
4. Pair words with visuals. Use Canva or similar tools to make content visually engaging.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
     

   Experience: 2 years in the similar role

   Special Demands of the Job: 

   • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
   • Flexibility to attend events or meetings outside standard working hours
   • Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
   • Occasional travel for promotional events or campaigns
   • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

   Key Job-related Technical Skills

   • Canva, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Claude
   • Audience focused writing

    

   Competencies and Soft Skills 

   • Infinitely curious. You’re the type who genuinely wonders why people spend hundreds on Labubu dolls, and you’ll actually dig in to find out.
   • Comfortable with technical topics. Cloud, security, LLMs, machine learning, they don’t intimidate you. You might not know everything at first, but you can figure it out (just enough) quickly and explain it clearly.
   • You go deep. You don’t skim the surface or fake expertise. You research, talk to people, and build real understanding before you write.
   • You use tools wisely. You lean on ChatGPT and Claude for research, but your writing shows no AI fingerprints. AI helps you think or brainstorm, not produce final output. Your voice stays 100% yours.

   Empathetic. You care about why people think and behave the way they do, and it shows in your writing.
