Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager | Finance to join our talented team. We are looking for an individual who has worked on VAT, TDS and Tax compliance, cost mapping, cost control and monitoring related to IT products and services, having knowledge of FinOps, interdepartmental profitability analysis, product-wise and service-wise profitability analysis, foreign vendor payments, board reporting, have knowledge and worked on contracts, transfer pricing compliance, DTAA, Salary processing (calculation of Tax, SSF, CIT & Bonus), dealt with internal and external auditors. Having experience working in a systematic environment with well-defined company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments and critical business functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Accuracy
Timeliness of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Accuracy of financial reports
Compliance with accounting standards (NFRS/IFRS)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
On-time submission of annual and quarterly budgets
Forecast variance (5-10% deviation between forecasted and actual results)
Departmental budget coordination efficiency
- Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Timely filing of VAT, TDS, and income tax returns
Number of notices/penalties received from IRD (target: zero)
Tax planning effectiveness (e.g., minimizing late fees or interest)
- Audit & Internal Controls
Closure of audit findings within defined timelines
Number of internal control violations (target: minimal or none)
Timely support during statutory/internal audits
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Manage, mentor and supervise junior team members in Finance team
Finance support satisfaction rating from other departments (e.g., HR, Sales, Tech)
Number of finance-related queries resolved
- Process Improvement & Digital Tools
Number of finance processes automated or improved
Knowledge-sharing sessions conducted for team
- Behavioral & Leadership Competencies
Integrity & ethical compliance incidents (target: zero)
Participation in decision-making meetings or strategic reviews

Skills and Qualifications
Education: MBA in Finance / ACCA / Semi qualified CA
Experience: 6+ years
