HR Director (Multi-Territory)
We are hiring an HR Director to lead Genese’s people strategy across multiple territories. This leadership role will oversee HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance culture, governance, employee engagement, and organizational scaling while supporting business growth across Nepal, UK, and international operations.
Reports to: Country Director | Executive Leadership
Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal (On-site) (with oversight across international operations)
Function: People & Culture / Strategic HR
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday
Position Overview
The HR Director will lead and scale Genese’s people strategy across multiple territories, ensuring alignment with business goals while adapting to local regulatory, cultural, and talent market dynamics. This role is both strategic and operational, responsible for building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring consistent HR governance across regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries or regions
- Strong understanding of both strategic HR and HR operations
- Experience in tech/services companies preferred
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership
