Intern | Human Resources

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to gain practical experience across various HR functions including software management, HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and research projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop a solid foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources while working alongside a dynamic HR team.
Job Title: Intern | Human Resources Designation: Intern | Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager| Human Resources Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur, Nepal Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities: 1. Software Management: a) Update and maintain accurate employee records (personal information, job roles, compensation, attendance, etc.) in the HRIS system. b) Ensure completeness and integrity of HRIS data at all times. 2. General HR Responsibilities: a) Support HR documentation and filing (both physical and digital). b) Set up and manage biometric attendance devices and access control data. c) Assist in handling day-to-day HR tasks as required. 3. Employee Engagement & Communication: a) Help coordinate HR engagement activities such as events, feedback sessions, and employee surveys. b) Assist in maintaining and updating internal HR communication channels and content. 4. Recruitment & Onboarding: a) Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing onboarding kits. b) Support job postings, application tracking, and initial candidate screening. c) Help conduct orientation sessions and provide first-day support for new hires. 5. Administrative Support: a) Provide daily administrative support including document handling, printing, scanning, and scheduling. b) Assist with biometric device setup and troubleshooting. c) Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees and stakeholders. 6. Research & Strategic Projects: a) Assist in researching HR best practices, policies. 7. HR Operations Support: a) Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and filing systems. b) Contribute to initial research and data gathering related to HR initiatives Qualifications: a) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field. b) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. c) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. d) Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset. e) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
