Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the leadership team of a growing technology company. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain broad exposure to tech operations, executive decision-making, and international collaboration.
As an EA, you’ll be responsible for keeping key leaders focused, organized, and effective ; enabling them to drive strategic goals forward.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management – Coordinate calendars across global time zones, schedule meetings, and organize travel (flights, accommodation, visas).
- Communication & Correspondence – Draft internal and external emails, meeting follow-ups, and liaise with partners and stakeholders.
- Event & Meeting Coordination – Support leadership team in organizing team offsites, board meetings, investor calls, and tech events.
- Document & Email Management – Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and help manage inboxes for prioritization and response tracking.
- Research & Briefing Support – Conduct research on markets, companies, and speaking engagements, and compile briefing materials.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in administration, operations, or support roles (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity or interest in the tech sector and startup environment.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working with tech executives, founders, or product/engineering teams.
- Exposure to tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, Zoom, or CRMs like HubSpot.
- Event planning or logistics coordination experience.
