Job Title:  Sales Analytics Intern

Reports to: Business Development Associate

Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday 

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our sales team in data management, CRM maintenance, and performance reporting. In this role, you will assist in collecting and cleaning sales data, updating the CRM system, and preparing regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance. You will also conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends, while supporting forecasting and process improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in data-driven sales operations and business analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and cleaning sales data from various sources.
  • Update and maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of the sales pipeline.
  • Create weekly and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
  • Support the Sales Manager in forecasting and identifying areas for process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Task Related skills and Certifications
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or BBA.
  • Competencies and Soft Skills 
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
    • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Desirable Experience
    • Exposure to data analytics tools such as Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau
    • Basic understanding of sales funnels and KPIs
    • Experience with data cleaning and dashboarding
  • Key Job-related Technical Skills 
    • Basic understanding of CRM tools, Good Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc), Exposure to Data Visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI and LinkedIn research..
