Position Overview

To provide administrative and clerical support to the finance department by ensuring accurate data entry, managing daily transactions, issuing sales invoice and follow up with customers for payment and support in day to day tasks assigned by team lead.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales vs billing reconciliation: 

  • Ensuring billed revenue matches actual sales

Cost mapping & trend analysis: 

  • Tracking and analyzing costs over time

Profitability verification:

  • Checking margins, product or service profitability

Incentive calculations: 

  • Computing employee or sales incentives accurately

Audit prep checklists: 

  • Preparing analytics or reconciliations needed for audit readiness

Expected Technical  Skills:

  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Accounting Software (Tally & Saral Billing )
  • Financial Reporting Tools / Templates
  • Document Management & Audit Trail Tools
  • Email & Collaboration Tools (Gmail, Zoom, Drive)

Skills and Qualifications

  • BBS, BBA, or ACCA qualified, with knowledge of learning ecosystems, workforce upskilling, and competence-driven talent development.
  • The role requires intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, working knowledge of Tally, and effective use of email and collaboration tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is desirable.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to deal professionally and effectively with external and challenging clients.
