The Vision Traction Organizer (VTO) is a core component of EOS. It’s our strategic roadmap that defines who we are, what we stand for, and where we’re headed as a company. It captures our core values, focus, long-term vision, and growth strategies, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

We first introduced the VTO during our Q2 All Hands, and it continues to guide us toward our shared goals. By having a clear vision and measurable objectives, we create alignment and momentum, helping us achieve sustainable growth while staying true to our mission.
