Second Round Investment added from Business Oxygen: Total USD One Million

We are glad to announce that we have secured a second-round investment from Business Oxygen. We had initially secured the first-round investment in June 2021 and with the added second round we’ve secured a total investment of USD 1 Million.

The investment will be focused on developing our services/solutions & human resource capacity/capabilities to international standards and lead the journey of shifting Nepal as a strong base for international level human resources in the global IT sector.

Business Oxygen Private Limited (BO2) is Nepal’s first private equity fund and is a part of the IFC’s Global SME Ventures initiative with investments from the IFC of the World Bank Group, Climate Investment Funds (PPCR), and FCDO. The fund is managed by WLC Ventures Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of White Lotus Centre Pvt. Ltd.
